www.millecentum.com ships to all EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg,  Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK).

Please note we are currently unable to ship to Cyprus, Malta, Iceland and Norway.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped 1-2 working days following the day the order was placed. 
Delivery takes 2-6 working days after the shipping confirmation has been sent. If you have any question about your order, contact us at shop@millecentum.com

DELIVERY FEE

Shipping is free for any order containing full-size products within EU. Depending on your delivery country, a £25/25€/250SEK delivery fee will be added to your order if you order samples only.

RETURNS

MILLE CENTUM PURCHASES

During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to shop@millecentum.com . For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery. Returns can only be made as described in MILLE CENTUM Online Store’s instructions. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded atstores.

If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase, MILLE CENTUM offers free returns with TNT. Please follow the procedure below:

  1. Simply email shop@millecentum.com and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.

  2. If you live in Europe you will get a TNT prepaid return label which you can use at a TNT depot or through a scheduled TNT pick-up of your package. If you would like to return your product in another way MILLE CENTUM do not offer compensation for the return fee.

  3. Package your return item in MILLE CENTUM packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

  4. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account Return shipments can be tracked here and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact shop@millecentum.com .
