The conditions of sales mentioned hereafter concern only www.millecentum.com and are not related to any other conditions which are applied in stores. MILLE CENTUM reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the millecentum.com online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In case we are out of stock of any items in your order we will contact you by phone or by e-mail. MILLE CENTUM cannot warrant that the content of www.millecentum.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. MILLE CENTUM may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. No shipping outside the EU for the time being.

PAYMENT AND PRICES

SHIPPING
During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to shop@millecentum.com . For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery. Returns can only be made as described in MILLE CENTUM Online Store’s instructions. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at stores.
If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase, MILLE CENTUM offers free returns with TNT. Please follow the procedure below:
Simply email shop@millecentum.com and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
If you live in Europe you will get a TNT prepaid return label which you can use at a TNT depot or through a scheduled TNT pick-up of your package. If you would like to return your product in another way MILLE CENTUM do not offer compensation for the return fee.
Package your return item in MILLE CENTUM packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.
It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account Return shipments can be tracked here and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact shop@millecentum.com.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
MILLE CENTUM reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
VIOLATION OF RULES
In case of Force Majeure, MILLE CENTUM's obligations are rendered null and void. The contract between you and MILLE CENTUM can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by MILLE CENTUM. A Force Majeure is defined as event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. MILLE CENTUM will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
FORCE MAJEURE
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
